1/2 kg of white fish (I used tilapia)
1 red onion
Juice of 4 lemons
Salt and pepper to taste (can be cayenne, pepperoni or black pepper)
Parsley to taste (the traditional one has cilantro, but I don't like it!)
1/4 cup coconut milk (optional, I didn't use it this time!)

Preparation mode

Cut the fish into cubes.
Put all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
Take it to the fridge for at least 6 hours (I do it at night for lunch or in the morning for dinner).
