Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 150ml of skimmed yogurt lacfree @verdecampo (use unsweetened)
• ¼ cup of olive oil
• 1/3 cup buckwheat flour (not wheat flour, huh?! I buy the grains and blend them in a blender. You can substitute oat flour if you prefer!)
• ¼ cup of golden flaxseed flour
• ¾ cups of brown rice flour
• 100ml of water
• 1 tbsp of salt (I use green salt)
• 1 tsp baking powder

Filling

* Shredded and seasoned chicken (I made it with onion, tomato and leek)
* Lacfree standard mines cheese @verdecampo

Preparation mode

Beat all the ingredients in the blender, putting the yeast last.
Distribute half the dough in a greased roast with olive oil and rice flour.
Put the filling of your preference, I used shredded chicken. Add the little grated Minas lacfree cheese and cover with the rest of the dough.
Take to preheated low oven until golden.
