1/2 cup almonds
1 cup filtered water
3 eggs
1 xic biomass (see how to prepare in a 1 minute video on my YouTube channel, link in profile)
1/2 xic cocoa @chocolifealimentosfuncionais
1/2 cup demerara or brown sugar (if you prefer, you can add a sweetener, such as Softsugar Chocolife)
1/2 tsp baking powder

Preparation mode

Soak the almonds in water for 8 to 12 hours, discard the water and blend in a blender with the filtered water.
Add the other ingredients, except the yeast, and beat again.
Add the baking soda and mix delicately.
Place on a baking sheet and, if you wish, chop up pieces or drops of chocolate 70% Cocoa, I only use @chocolifealimentosfuncionais
Take to medium oven for approximately 15 minutes.
Remove, cut and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
