1 cup of corn starch (prefer organic, which is non-GMO)
1/4 cup almond flour (or oat bran)
1/4 cup powdered demerara sugar (blended in a blender to make it finer, you can replace it with some sweetener if you want)
1 egg
2 tbsp coconut oil
Mix all the ingredients, make small balls and mark them with a fork. Take to preheated low fire until golden, like 15 minutes.

Preparation mode

TIP 1: if necessary, adjust the amount of ingredients with more or less flour.
TIP 2: add lemon zest, it looks great!
