• 2 eggs
• 1 handful of spinach leaves (about 15 leaves)
• 100g (half a pot) of cottage lacfree @verdecampo
• 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
• 1/2 cup of gluten-free flour mix*
• 1/4 cup golden flaxseed flour
• 1/2 tsp chemical yeast
• salt, pepper, oregano to taste

Preparation mode

Beat all the ingredients in the blender, except the yeast.
Incorporate then delicately and distribute the mass in silicone molds. Take to preheated low oven for approximately 20 minutes.
