• 4 tbsp of chocolate whey protein (I use 5w from @probioticaoficial)
• 4 tbsp of powdered milk (can be powdered coconut milk)
• 1 tsp cocoa powder
• water until obtaining a homogeneous cream (about 50-100 ml)

Preparation mode

Mix everything, put it in silicone molds and take it to the freezer until it hardens.
Remember that it doesn't last long after being unmoulded! So just take it out of the freezer when you're going to eat!
