Ingredients

• black pepper to taste
• @verdecampo lacfree mozzarella for stuffing
• golden linseed flour for breading

Method of preparation
Mix all the ingredients with the help of a spoon.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes to firm up a bit.
Then, with your hands moistened with water, take spoonfuls, fill with the cheese, mold and bread in flour.
Distribute the nuggets on the baking sheet and bake in the preheated low oven until golden, approximately 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
