500g ground duckling
40g roasted cashew nuts
1 onion
1 tsp of turmeric
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 pinch of cloves
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 pinch of cumin powder
1 1/2 cc Himalayan Pink Salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1 handful of chopped mint

Preparation mode

Place the chestnuts and onion in the food processor and blend until crushed. Put the other ingredients and beat again.
Separate portions (I made 50g), shape and place on sticks. You can make the bigger ones, with skewers, I wanted to make fun!! LOL
Take to the high oven until golden or to the desired point.
