Ingredients
Marinade options:
1) YOGURT WITH CURRY
4 chicken thighs
1 cup of lacfree natural yogurt @verdecampo
1 teaspoon of curry
1 pinch of black pepper
Salt, pepper and oil to taste
2) YOGURT AND THYME
4 chicken thighs
1 cup of lacfree natural yogurt @verdecampo
thyme to taste
Juice of 2 lemons
Salt, pepper and oil to taste

Preparation mode
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Transfer the marinade to an airtight bag and add the chicken drumsticks. Close the bag trying to get as much air out as you can. Take to the fridge to marinate for approximately 1 hour.
Preheat the oven, place the entire contents of the bag on a platter or baking sheet and bake until the drumsticks are golden brown.
TIPS:
1) You can replace the thighs with chicken fillet.
2) If you prefer, instead of taking the airtight bag with the marinade to the fridge, keep it in the freezer for up to 3 months.
To use frozen marinade: The night before cooking, transfer the marinated steaks to the refrigerator and allow to thaw until ready to use – they will thaw and marinate at the same time.
