• 1 cup of precooked quinoa (130g)
• 4 tbsp buckwheat flour
• 4 tbsp of oat flour
• 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tbsp of filtered water (approximately)
• 1 tbsp of oregano (optional)
• 1 teaspoon of salt

Preparation mode
Mix all the ingredients, roll out the dough, cut it and bake it (see the video on YouTube showing this step-by-step process)
Oven 180ºC until golden.
