Today I bring you the perfect combination of cheese and guava paste reinvented in this delicious dessert with very few calories.
I used cream cheese and lacfree yogurt because I have a slight intolerance to lactose, but feel free to use the traditional ones, if that's not your case.
Lacfree products contain the lactase enzyme in their composition, so they can be consumed by intolerant people.
Ingredients:
• ½ cup (120ml) warm water + ½ packet of unflavored gelatin
• ½ cup (120ml) lacfree natural yogurt
• ½ cup of lacfree cottage cheese
• ½ cup of xylitol
• 1 pinch of salt
Preparation mode:
Dissolve gelatin in warm water. Beat with all the other ingredients in the blender and distribute in the desired container. Refrigerate for 3 hours before unmolding.
SYRUP
Ingredients:
• 130g of unsweetened guava paste
• How much water
Preparation mode:
Take to the low fire, always stirring until it reduces and reaches the desired consistency.
