Ingredients – dough

· 4 eggs
1/4 cup of tapioca gum
1/4 cup buckwheat flour
· 1 tsp of green salt
· turmeric and black pepper to taste

Preparation mode

Beat all the ingredients for the dough in a blender or with a whisk.
Preheat a frying pan and brush with a little olive oil.
Put some of the dough and spin the skillet to spread the dough. Put the fire down and cap, when you release the bottom, remove.
Place the stuffing on one of the edges of the dough and roll up, forming the pancake.
Cover with the sauce and, if desired, place in the oven to brown.
