2 scoops of 100% Pure Whey Protein @probioticaoficial chocolate flavor (you can use 3W or 5W too)
1 cup cashew nuts (130g)
15 pitted dates (100g)
1 cup rolled oats (100g)
1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
100ml Pasteurized egg whites or 3 egg whites

Preparation mode

In a food processor, beat the chestnuts. Add the dates, whey protein, oats and cinnamon and beat again. Lastly, add the egg whites and beat well to incorporate all the ingredients. Put this mixture in a roast and open it with your fingertips moistened. Take to preheated low oven for approximately 10 minutes. Remove from the baking sheet, cut into rectangles and wrap in plastic wrap.
