A simple recipe, with practically 2 ingredients: chocolate and vegetable milk.
This combination results in a wonderful functional ganache, with an incredible texture, which can be used as a filling or topping for cakes, pies and even bonbons. Or we can do it this way, to consume pure, a kind of healthy “Danete” so that no one can fault it.
In this recipe, I'm using vegetable milk and functional chocolates from Chocolife, which has no sugar and no milk of animal origin.
For vegans and those who are intolerant or allergic to animal milk, or even for those who simply make that choice, vegetable milk is a great allied for pure consumption or in recipes. Nowadays there is great diversity in the market, but you can also make them at home.
