When the urge to eat sweets hits, we need to understand what are the best choices to be made.

A sweet without added sugar and with an extra dose of protein can be a great option.

This is the case with this recipe, in which we added whey protein, which is a high biological value protein extracted from whey.

Ingredients:

  • 200g unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 scoop of whey protein
  • 2 cups unsweetened corn flakes

Preparation mode:
