Ingredients:

  • 2 passion fruit
  • 2 tbsp culinary sweetener
  • 1 cup powdered coconut milk @copra_alimentos
  • Water to the point

Preparation mode:

Beat the passion fruit pulp in the blender.

Pass through a sieve to remove excess seeds and pour the juice into a frying pan.

Add the culinary sweetener and stir over low heat until reduced.

Remove from heat and add powdered coconut milk.

Put the water little by little until it reaches the ideal consistency for rolling.

If it passes the point and becomes soft, you can leave it in the fridge for a few minutes.

Make the balls and roll them in coconut milk powder.
