• 1 cup raw cashew nuts
• 2 Tbs of olive oil
• Salt and spices to taste
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1/2 lemon
• 1/2 cup of water to beat (add little by little and less if you want it firmer)

Preparation mode

Soak the chestnuts for 8 hours.
Drain the chestnuts (throw the water away) and blend all the ingredients in a blender until you get a very smooth cream. Consume within 3 days.
