10cs of powdered milk (100g, it's a little less than a cup)
2 scoops of vanilla flavored whey protein @probioticaoficial (or another 4 tbsp of powdered milk)
6 to 8 tbsp of culinary sweetener (I used @chocolifealimentosfuncionais softsugar)
300 ml water
3 eggs

Preparation mode

Mix all ingredients in a blender. Place in a greased shape with coconut oil and bake in a low water bath for 40 minutes, covered with aluminum foil.

For the syrup, use coconut nectar with a little water, just mix and pour over the pudding after unmolding =)
