Spinach is a vegetable very rich in nutrients, with many benefits for our health and consuming it contributes to a balanced diet.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 100g spinach leaves
  • 1 cup gluten-free flour mix (I used my #flourcrust mix – I’ll leave it at the end of the post – but if you want, you can use wheat flour)
  • 1 cc of salt

PREPARATION MODE:

Put all the ingredients in a food processor until you get a very homogeneous mass.

Divide the dough into portions, make rolls and cut into smaller pieces.

Cook in boiling water until they rise to the surface.

Then you can finish with the sauce of your choice.

I made it in a frying pan with garlic and oil.

Ingredients:

  • 240g rice flour
  • 65g of sweet sprinkle
  • 100g of starch

Mix everything and store in a closed container.
