Ingredients

4 eggs
1/2 cup water, skim or vegetable milk
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup oat bran
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 to 3/4 cup of your favorite sweetener
2 scoops of 100% Pure Whey Protein Probiotica (can be chocolate, vanilla or unflavored)
1 tsp baking powder

Preparation mode

Beat all the ingredients in the blender, except the yeast, which must be incorporated gently afterwards.
Put the mixture in a greased roast with coconut oil and oat flour or cocoa.
I used a small mold, 14cm in diameter, to make it taller!!
Bake in preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry. Debt in 3 parts!

FILLING/COVERING

200g of chocolate 70% cocoa Chocolife
200ml milk (I used coconut)
1 scoop of 100% Pure Whey Protein Probiotic
1/4 cup coconut oil

Melt the chocolate and mix with the other ingredients. I like to beat with the mixer =)
