¾ cup of quinoa grains
2 cups of water
500g ground duckling
1/2 onion
mint to taste
Salt to taste (I used #salverdethaismassa )
1 jar of LACFREE cottage @VerdeCampo

Preparation mode
In a pan, cook the quinoa with the water (like rice) until it dries well. Let it cool and mix with the other ingredients, except the LACFREE Verde Campo cottage.
Put half of the mixture on a baking sheet, leveling it with a spoon, and distribute the cottage. Cover with the other part of the mixture and bake in a preheated high oven until golden.
