1 beetroot (150g)
300g of tofu
1/2 onion
1 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
olive oil to taste

Preparation mode:

Quickly steam the beetroot and sauté it with the onion and salt. Beat with all the other ingredients in the blender.
