• 1/4 cup of turmeric (turmeric)
• 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper (when associated with black pepper, turmeric has its anti-inflammatory power increased hundreds of times)
• 1/2 cup of filtered water

GOLDEN MILK
Ingredients

Adverts

• 1 cup almond or coconut milk
• 1/4 to ½ teaspoon of turmeric paste
• Honey or brown sugar to sweeten (optional, I take it straight!)

Mix all the ingredients.

It is important that turmeric and pepper are in a fat-soluble medium so that they are better absorbed by the body. For this reason, we use vegetable milk rich in fats as a base, such as coconut, almond or chestnut milk.
If you prefer to use rice or soy milk, add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil or ghee.

I usually take it when I feel like I need to get energized, you know? Sometimes for breakfast, pre-workout and/or most of the time mid-afternoon. It can be taken hot or cold.
I take it 2-3 times a week.
