1 tbsp of sweet sprinkle
1 tsp almond flour
1 tsp flaxseed flour
1 thread of olive oil
1 tbsp of water
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp chemical yeast

Preparation mode
Mix all the ingredients well, I use the fouet. Preheat a small frying pan (the one for eggs, you know?) and grease with a little bit of olive oil (I only put 3 drops and use the silicone brush to spread it). On low heat, place half the dough, 1 slice of lacfree mozzarella @verdecampo folded in 4 and then add the rest of the dough. Cap and wait. Turn and let the other side brown.
Ready!
