1 large, ripe avocado
1 tbsp coconut milk (or yogurt)
juice of 2 lemons
sweetener of your choice to taste (I used @chocolifealimentosfuncionais soft sugar)
5g of Agar Agar dissolved in 100ml of water (or 1 packet of unflavored gelatin, prepared according to the packaging)

Preparation mode

Boil the water with the Agar Agar for 3 minutes. In the case of gelatin, do not boil!
Beat all the ingredients, place in a large mold, molds or bowls and take to the fridge to harden.
