juice of 3 lemons (reserve the zest)
1/2 cup @chocolifealimentosfuncionais softsugar (or other sweetener of your choice)
3 spoons of coconut oil
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup brown rice flour
1/4 cup golden flax meal
1/2 tsp baking powder
lemon zest

Preparation mode
Beat all the ingredients in the blender, except the yeast and the zest that must be added later, gently.
Distribute the dough into cupcake molds and bake at 180ºC for 20 to 30 minutes.
